The main purpose of the symposium is to provide a platform for AI researchers in early careers to exchange ideas, build collaborations and form a nordic approach to building AI solutions for the societal good.

How to improve efficiency in passenger- and baggage logistics at airports using AI

Speakers: Jon Audun Baar and Stefan Remman, Machine learning engineers, Chronos AS

They will walk through R&D pilots which are parts of the research project Airport Logistics Intelligence Transport Pilot (ALI T-Pilot). The purpose is to demonstrate AI possibilities in scheduling and bag flow optimisation at airports. ALI T-Pilot is a Norwegian Research Council funded research project. The project is run by Sensec Solutions in collaboration with Avinor, Institute for Energy Technology (IFE) and University of Tromsø (UiT), the Arctic University of Norway, as well as Chronos.
